Bazi, a Miami Beach eatery known for Chef Michael Pirolo’s bold flavors and exciting Asian-inspired dishes, is offering a five course prix fixe tasting menu for $75 per person. The Valentine’s Day feast kicks off with Dressed Oysters served with white ponzu, blood orange, and cucumber, followed by Sweet Potato Dumplings, a popular dish with chicken, fermented black beans, and Thai basil. The dinner continues with Shrimp & Crab Udon topped with pea tendrils, ginger, and soy; while the fourth course offers a choice of Miso Marinated Grouper with bok choy & sake burre blanc or Grass Fed New York Strip Steak with miso butter & miatake mushrooms.
